Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

This policy explains what data the NukDrive mobile app (the "App") collects, why, who it is shared with and how you can control it. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and delete your account.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is NUK DRIVE LLC ("NUK DRIVE" MCHJ), TIN 313 441 267, address: 27 Ayimxan Shamuratova St., Tinishliq MFY, Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan ("we", "us").

We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019.

2. Data we collect

Account

• name, phone number, email address;
• password — stored only as a one-way hash, we cannot see it;
• your role (passenger or driver), rating and number of trips.

Driver verification

• photos of your passport or ID card, driving licence, vehicle registration certificate and, if applicable, self-employed taxi licence;
• the numbers and expiry dates of these documents;
• a selfie, which a staff member compares with your documents manually — we do not use automated facial recognition;
• make, model, colour, plate number and a photo of your vehicle;
• your driver balance and transaction history (commissions, cancellation fees).

Location

• Passengers: pickup and destination points and your current position to show it on the map.
• Drivers: precise location while you are online and during a trip, including when the App is in the background. During that time a notification "Sharing your location with the passenger" is visible. Sharing stops when the trip ends.

Trips and communication

• routes, suggested and final prices, driver offers, trip statuses and times;
• trip chat messages;
• in-app calls — audio is transmitted in real time and never recorded; only the call time and status are stored;
• ratings and reviews;
• when you press SOS — your coordinates and trip details, sent to our support team.

Technical data

• a device identifier, to prevent creating many accounts on one phone for fraud;
• a check whether the device is rooted or jailbroken, to prevent fraud;
• a push notification token;
• crash reports: device model, OS and App version, technical error details.

We do not show ads, do not sell your data and do not share it with advertising networks.

3. Why we use your data

• to create your account and verify your phone or email;
• to match passengers with drivers and carry out trips;
• to verify drivers' identity and documents so only verified drivers can work;
• for safety: SOS, trip sharing, fraud and fake account prevention;
• to send notifications about trips, messages and calls;
• to calculate driver commissions;
• to answer support requests and resolve disputes;
• to find and fix bugs in the App;
• to comply with the law.

4. Who we share data with

The other party of your trip

• Passengers see the driver's name, photo, rating, phone number, vehicle details and position on the map.
• Drivers see the passenger's name, photo, rating, phone number, pickup and destination addresses.

People you choose

If you tap "Share trip", anyone with the link can see the route, the trip status and the car's position. The link expires after 3 hours.

Service providers

These providers receive only the data they need for their task and are required to protect it.

Authorities

Only upon a lawful request and to the extent required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. International transfers

The servers of the providers above are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. By registering you consent to this transfer. We choose providers that use encryption and modern security measures.

6. How long we keep data

• For as long as you have an account.
• When you delete your account, your profile, documents, photos, messages, reviews, trip and transaction history are deleted immediately and permanently.
• If you were a driver, passengers' trip history keeps the route and price but without your details.
• Copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data — in the App profile or via support;
• delete your account and all data — in the App: Profile → Delete account, or by email, see the account deletion page;
• withdraw consent — by deleting your account, as the service cannot work without this data;
• deny access to location, camera, microphone and notifications in your phone settings — some features will then stop working;
• complain to the authorised personal data protection body of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Send requests to support@nukdrive.app from the email or phone linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

8. How we protect data

• all connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS);
• document photos are kept in private storage available only to their owner and verification staff;
• database rules let each user see only their own data and their current trip;
• staff access is limited to what their job requires.

9. Age

The App is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with the date at the top. We will notify you in the App about material changes.
